1st Caringbah Scouts

24 Scouts, Joeys, Cubs and parents headed to the Snowy Mountains for 4 days of FUN in the white stuff and what a blast it was! We skied, snow boarded, toboganned, rode on inner tubes, had snow ball fights, fished and of course had big campfires. Photo and videos to follow soon.

We had to have a typical 1st Caringbah campfire

7 very hardy 1st Caringbah Scouts (Kara, Darcie and Bridget, Chris B, Nathan L, Jess and Jake J) headed down to Appin to enjoy an incredible week of horse riding, blacksmithing, pioneering, woggle making, hot air balloon making, first aid training, axemanship and competition camping. And yet again, we enjoyed another win with Kara and Darcie’s patrol took out the competition taking home some very fine Swiss penknives – well done ladies – GIRL POWER!
