Cubs – Flying Experience – Nov 09

Cubs at the Camden Air Activity Centre had an amazing experience on Saturday 21st November!

 
We had 13 cubs enjoy the feeling of flight in a 4 seater Cessna aircraft, flying over Warragamba Dam and along the edge of the Blue Mountains.
 All the pilots have earned their licence through the Scouts Air Activity Centre, which our Cubs are able to achieve if they wish in the future!
They were all given a tour of the Camden Airfield , built their own model aircraft to fly and watched the water bombing helicopter practice it’s manoeuvre.
Great opportunity for ours Cubs and a great day was enjoyed by all!
